Film series, 1954-1956.

The Film series consists of seven film reels maintained by Douglas T. McClure, sales manager of the Continental Division. The footage shows promotion and testing of General Tire & Rubber Company's "Dual 90" tires, FM-38, FM-40; the premiere of the Moby Dick motion picture in New Bedford, Massachusetts and Hollywood, California, FM-39; William Clay Ford and other executives examining the Continental automobile, FM-41; Benson Ford and William Clay Ford and other executives touring the Continental factory, FM-41; and final assembly and test drives of the Continental automobile, FM-42, FM-43. Also included is a two minute television commercial promoting the new Continental Mark II automobile, FM-199.
